"Mamam Chocolate & Bakery"
Since 2008, the Chocolate Factory has been operating under the "Baku Food & Oil Factory". In 2010, the factory started operation under the "Shokki Mokki" brand and employed 92 people.
The enterprise has a production and storage area of 7760 m2 and an annual production capacity of 2000-3000 tons.
In April 2014, "Sweet Star" was founded; new investments were made in the enterprise to further expand the factory’s activity, and the manufacture of halva, lucuma, marmalade, wafers, industrial chocolate, and nut butter started.
From 2016 to 2018, the factory operated as "Sweet Star" , and in 2018-2019, it continued its activity under "Baku Food & Oil Factory".
Since August 2019, the enterprise has been operating under "Mamam Chocolate & Bakery".
Currently, the factory manufactures quality branded products, sweets, and chocolate spreads of the "Shokki Mokki" “Cey Cey” and Chocolake trademarks and Zolushka wafers on hands-free technology.
The factory uses equipment manufactured in Turkey, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands, meeting the latest standards.
