STUDENTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF AZERBAIJAN TOURING OUR PLANT

Students of the International School of Azerbaijan have visited out plant to take a closer look at the process flow running at the plant production areas, where foodstuffs are produced on the automated manufacturing line employing most up-to-date equipment, eliminating the need for manual labor and accelerating product-manufacturing cycle.
The primary class pupils of the International School of Azerbaijan (TISA) have had study trip to the Baku Oil Producing Plant and Kavkaz Industrial Pulp Mill.
Students of the International School of Azerbaijan have visited out plant to take a closer look at the process flow running at the plant production areas, where groceries are produced on the automated manufacturing line employing most up-to-date equipment, eliminating the need for manual labor and accelerating product-manufacturing cycle.
The aim of the trip, organized with the participation of representatives of the company’s education division, marketing department and the department of public relations and social services was to acquaint the pupils, in-situ, with the process of manufacturing foodstuffs of daily consumption as well as industrial goods.
In touring throughout the mill the students were accompanied by a team of experts including Ogtay Yavuz, Head of the Kavkaz Industrial Pulp Mill, Nasha Budak, education department specialist, Sara Rzayeva, paper products specialist at the marketing department, Eda Salman, oil products specialist, Afig Safarov, unit executive under the Public Relations and Social Services Department, Huseyn Gojamanov, shift production supervisor of the Baku Oil Producing Plant, Nazim Agayev and Latif Tagiyev, the plant’s labor safety specialists.
The students, visiting the margarine and vegetable oil manufacturing production sites of the plant, were first introduced, by company experts, the details of the production process flow. The youngsters have had a chance to see the margarine packaging process and automated machinery line in operation. This has aroused great interest of young visitors towards the production process cycles.
TISA team has also had an opportunity to look at oil production and packaging processes while visiting the oil production / filling unit. The students could witness the sequence of manual labor-free automated oil production operations, performed in the hygienically ideal environment, designed to deliver finished food oil up to the ultimate consumer.
Further, the students have visited the hygienic-cleaning paper processing mill. There they have watched the process of production of delicately decorated, multicolored and hygienically clean paper tissues.
During a visit to the Kavaz Industrial Pulp Mill, the kids have enjoyed watching the process of production of hygiene paper tissues, which starts with loading big-size paper rolls on to automated equipment line and then proceeds with the launch of machineries. The plant produces a wide range of hygiene paper tissues from table, kitchen and pocket napkins to toilet papers. The school students were particularly delighted with multicolor design and decoration style of table tissues.
The tour, which was of great interest to the students, has contributed a lot to their understanding of the purpose of food and hygiene product items.
At the end of tour day, the school students together with holding company employees had their memory pictures taken, and afterwards, the youngsters received their presents.
