AZERSUN HOLDING – THE MOST ACTIVE PARTICIPANT OF AZERBAIJAN-RUSSIAN ECONOMIC AND TRADE COOPERATION – WON THE CONTEST

On July 3rd presentation of Progress awards was held with general sponsorship of Azersun Holding and support of Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan and Trade Chamber to recognize results of 2008 by Azerbaijan-Russian Business Cooperation Chamber. Participants demonstrated great interest in Azerchay tryout stand organized by our company in national style.

Azersun Holding – ensuring internal food security in Azerbaijan – also exports numerous food products to foreign countries and plays an important role in supplying those countries with high quality foods. Russia is one of key export destinations of the holding. Russian consumer has been using Azersun Holding’s products for over 10 years now. Azerchay and Maryam teas, conserved and marinated products, particularly various jams are widely used and presented in Russian markets. Holdings products are regularly awarded with highest recognitions and prizes in competitions of Moscow and other cities.

Many companies were represented in Progress awards ceremony, during which best participants of Azerbaijan-Russian trade and economic cooperation in 2008 were nominated in various categories.

Azersun Holding won Progress – 2008 award for active contribution to Azerbaijan-Russian trade and economic cooperation and introduction and recognition of Maryam and Azerchay brands in Russian market. The award was presented to head of Holding’s Public Relations and Social Services Department Mr. Kazim Babayev by Russian ambassador in Azerbaijan Mr. Vladimir Dorokhin.
