AZERSUN HOLDİNG CUSTOMER SERVİCE DEPARTMENT PRESENTED 120 3-DİGİT PREFİX TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CUSTOMERS

A press-conference took place at the Trend News Agency with regard to 120 3-digit prefix telephone number Azersun Holding Customer Service Department had presented to customers. Shamil Kerimov, Director of the Customer Service Department, Azersun Group of Companies and Afig Safarov, Head of Sector, Azersun Department for Public Relations and Social Service, fully described the new service to representatives of leading domestic e- and paper mass media.

It is worth saying the customer service of Azersun, the prime domestic food producer, is under permanent improvement, which enables higher standards in the field promptly and fully responding to any questions of customers’ interest.

To let customers’ easy feedback with their wishes and suggestions, the holding presents a new service, the “120” phone number, available from any place in Azerbaijan via the ground line.
Its free-of-charge status is another advantage.
The purpose of the service presented is to provide for customers’ simpler contacting the company. Any incoming appeal will be fully considered and, in the shortest time possible, responded by the Azersun Customer Service.  

Its purpose to provide customers with the best service available, the Azersun Holding will keep on developing the segment.
