THE 17-TH THEATRE SEASON CONCLUDED WITH A PERFORMANCE OF BELA

The Shusha state musical dramatic theatre ended the 17-th theater season with the play Bela (disaster). The performance took place in the cultural centre with the financial support of the Azersun Holdings Group of Companies; the main theme of the play was the predilection of youth in society to drug addiction and the pernicious influence of other such bad habits on their social lives.

At the start of the performance we witness the normal life of a young man, who subsequently falls under the influence of bad people, becoming addicted to drugs and loosing all his private means.

As he totters on the edge of loosing his family, the young man manages to seek medical help as a means of climbing out of the pit he has fallen into. The author of the play is Asif Kengerly, who based his work on real life events.

The actors Ramil Zeynalov, Ilgar Salamov, Aybeniz Ahmadova played their parts with esxpertise and conviction. The director of the theatre is Nazir Rustamov, the producer of the play, the honorable artist of Azerbaijan Loghman Kerimov, art producer – Valeh Mammadov, music side – Azad Mammadov.

The play and the professional portrayals of the actors brought loud, appreciative applause from the audience.
