“AZERSUN HOLDING ” LAUNCHED ITS NEXT BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN IN EARLY RAMADAN.

This time the employees of the İmişli Sugar Plant, Biləsuvar Cannery, “Natural Greenland”, “AŞİB - Aqro” joined the blood donation campaign.

“Azersun Holding”, giving a special attention to the social projects, always takes the needy people in consideration. Accordingly, the group of companies run the blood donation campaign, being traditionalized under the name “You are giving life to others by donating blood”, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health. The aim of this campaign is to support the Blood Donation Bank of Azerbaijan Republic and to help the people suffering of Thallassemia.

It is already four years that Azersun Holding has been carrying out this campaign in all its enterprises. Running the first blood donation campaign of this year, being dedicated to International Thalassemia Day, in may in the Central Office of Azersun Holding, the company continued the campaign in İmişli and Biləsuvar on August 17. More than 200 employees of Azersun Holding took part in this event.

The same blood donation capmaign is expected to be held in other parts of the country too. The donated blood was later transferred to Blood Donation Bank of Azerbaijan Republic.
