Company Overview
One of the subsidiaries within Azersun Holding, Vatan Grain Foods Company got its start on June, 02, 1998. The company kicked off its operations with a single machine at its disposal and today it has extended its equipment up to 4 automatic filling machines.
The company machinery underwent comprehensive upgrading works which have enabled the company equipment to meet the globally recognized requirements. Currently the company operates the computer based packaging system of 900 and 1800 grams.
The equipment has a filling capacity of 30-35 items each weighing 900 g and 25-30 items of 1800 g.
The weight indicators adjust automatically. In the case of any unforeseen obstacles to the operation process the operator gets immediately a direct feedback. As the product for packaging lessens, the scales work slower and the machine eventually stops producing a bag. The parts of the machinery exposed to product are made of non-corrosive stainless materials. The fully automated equipment purchased by Azersun Holding for Vatan Grain Foods is estimated in total at 70,000 Euros breaking all previous records in the country.
Vatan Packaging Factory is located in the town of Khirdalan and covers an area of 2 000 square meters. This factory is specialized in packaging of wholegrain products including peas, rice, buckwheat, beans and sugar into pack sizes of 900, 1000 and 1800 grams under the registered trademarks of Richmond and Bizim Tarla.
