COMPANY OVERVIEW
Baku Cardboard Packaging resumed its operation following the maintenance works in 1996. Currently the total production capacity of the factory constitutes 38, 000, 000 sq m of corrugated paper per year.
The factory produces 2 and 4 coloured uniquely designed cardboard of various shapes and size including egg containers. 3 and 5 ply cardboards fully meet the global standards and are capable of competing with the leading enterprises in the area. The company specialises in producing A, B, C and BC lined corrugated cardboards. To enable environment friendly production of cardboard the factory uses cornstarch glue as the base and additive with a water-resistant element added to it.
The factory is located on the site of 6,63 hectares and its 4,2 hectares are presently under construction. The site facilities include the railroad operated depot system and automatic fire extinguishers.
The factory operates a waste free production based on the state of the art machinery and technology. It has accordingly obtained the ISO-9000 Quality Management System Certificate. Our professional engineers and technical staff is always ready to provide guidance to the operators during packaging process and are there to ensure a cost-efficient and rational workflow.
