COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the enterprises focusing on the production of cleaning and domestic paper products countrywide , Qafqaz Paper Industry Co. began its operation in 1997 as a subsidiary to Azersun Holding with the staff of 10 people and 4 machines. A rapidly growing demand for cleaning and domestic paper products spurred a new stream of development in this industry sector and as a result of maintenance and renovation works performed in 2005 the factory significantly upgraded its machine park and increased the production capacities. Having recently embraced qualitatively new equipment the paper factory managed to bring the total production volume up to 2500 tonnes per year. In April of the same year Qafqaz Paper Industy Co. started independently as a separate commercial and industrial unit. The factory site has been recently extended from 700 square meters to 6000 square meters.
The factory issues a wide range of paper tissues and toilet paper-rolls, kitchen towels, box tissues in Azerbaijan and with its staff totaling 60 members maintains the capacity to meet domestic paper-related demand on local market.
